Be Confident


People aren't born with confidence.They get it by the enviornment in which they grow.If a layman, after learning driving can drive a car, so he can also fly a plane by learning.Similarly it is possible to build up confidence by learning it.

So follow the experimented technique to build up the confidence. Are you ready ?

It's simple


1. First of all start saying that i can do all that tasks, which seem little difficult to you.


2. Start smiling.


3. Talk to opposite sex on general topics.


4. Go to restaurant get relaxed, drink water and without ordering, come back.


5. Go to Big showrooms in a mall,go through many products and come back without buying (without convincing the salesmen).
These are the few steps which can make you a confident.

good tricks but for the first time the mall ppl would n't notice or mind it but on frequent visits surely they would see us from some different angle & which would shake our confidence with their stare.

good really it works i hv tried now i don't get scared if i don't buy anyhtings from any one & even if the email friends thinks tht i'm rude,n't honest,n't friendly i don't mind it which is the results of confidence building gr8 tnx

Yes , somehow its naturally and we have to groom ourself for it , motivation is required all the time , best guidance works well and appreciation boost you automatiically .
