man its common ssense
1 ) MWTWMWTW
2)5+5+5 = 550 [put a stroke on equal sign..it becomes not equal to !!!]

3)anything [ rememba they told u to write the word ''anything'' not jus nething u wanna']

4) d base line is aldready drawn on da paper...u jus need 2 draw 2 vertical heights and one one horizontal length..!!

5 + 5 + 5 =550 ---> Add one line to "+" sign between 2nd and 3 rd 5 which makes + to 4 means 5 + 545 = 550

There is already one bottom horizontal line of rectangle, so simply add three other lines this makes Reactangle.
