A king is about to punish a thief with death sentence. The thief pleads for some mercy and the king offers him one deal. He says I will give you two barrels one filled with white balls and one with black balls.You have 10 mins to do whatever manipulation you want to do with those two barrels but you cant discard any balls. After 10 mins each barrel with be thoroughly mixed and you will be blindfolded and sent in front of any one barrel.If you pick up a white ball you will be pardoned, if you pick black one you will be punished.
Question is : What should he do in those 10 mins to maximise his chances of getting pardon?

how abt adding glue in the barrel of black balls?? although i find it probability problem but evn probability seems non applicsbde here!

Put 1 white ball in 1 barrel and rest of the balls in other barrel. The overall probability of drawing a white ball is close to 75%.
