There was a burglary in the Silver City jewelry store again. A famous clock was stolen. Three suspects: Robert, Scott, and Tommy were caught and questioned.
Robert said: Tommy did not steal
Tommy said: Scott is innocent
There was no record about what Scott said.

sorry the ans must be Scott as even innocent ppl can steal n't necessary tht they don't steal n he had n't commented so he must be the thief as his statement n't mentioned n he might hv agreed as written the thief spoke it also
