Access 2010: Modifying Queries

Once you've created a query, you may want to make some adjustments to it to make the results easier to read. In this video, we're going to talk about two ways of doing this: applying a sort and hiding fields you don't need.
Sorting is a very powerful feature because you can create a multilevel sort that uses more than one field. For example, you could sort first by state and then by city. Hiding fields is useful because sometimes you'll want to use a field (such as City) to narrow down the query results without actually showing that field in the results.
